As a business Page, you can take advantage of special features designed to help you engage with potential customers on Facebook.
1. The CTA button
The button is the centre opportunity at the top of your Page. Make sure that your customers and clients are able to make contact with you either via phone or email. You can even click out to your website or take bookings on your page if you would like. If you’re looking to communicate, “Sign up” or “Send message” might be perfect. “Shop now” can help you identify immediate prospects. To change the CTA button on your desktop, hover your mouse over the default “Send message” button and click Edit.

Every Facebook page has basic tabs on the left-hand side, including About, Events, and Photos. You can rearrange these tabs and change them at anytime you like. Click Settings next to the tab you want to remove. Click to select Off. Then click save.

- Go to one of your Page’s posts.
- Click the reactions section of your Page’s post. This will show who has reacted to your Page’s post.
- Next to a person’s name, click Invite to invite the person to like your Page.
